What does refurbished mean anyway?
Some of the laptops that Fast Fingers sell may have a note advising you that they are refurbished. Most of the time this just means that the product was returned under warranty and are unable to be sold as “brand new”. It’s usually a small issue with the device such as a port of charger issue that has been rectified and released after testing.
For peace of mind these units still have a full 12 month warranty.
All our refurbished products are Grade A.
For the consumer this means a great discount on the original retail price.
Grade A Refurbishment
Refurbished Grade A is the very best quality that you could expect from a refurbished product. In short, Grade A refurbished devices are in near-mint condition. Their cosmetic aspect is excellent, and they show next to no signs of previous use.
A refurbished Grade A laptop will look like new, with minimal scuffing and marks on the lid, keyboard, and other areas.
Grade A devices will likely show typical signs of light usage (e.g., slight marks on the keys), but you shouldn’t expect to see any scratches, noteworthy cosmetic damage, or moderate blemishes.
As an example, the Apple Certified Refurbished program only sells refurbished iPhones, MacBooks, and iPads with the same high-quality standards as brand-new products and in excellent condition (Grade A).
