Australian Consumer Law
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if your item is faulty, significantly different from what was described, not fit for purpose, or does not work as intended.
Change of Mind
Please choose your products carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind on laptops or any other hardware purchases.
Refunds, Repairs, and Replacements
- If the laptop is faulty, you can choose between a refund, repair, or replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.
- If a minor problem occurs, we may repair the item within a reasonable time frame.
- If the fault is major, you may choose to receive a refund or replacement, or you may keep the laptop and receive compensation for the drop in value.
- A major fault occurs if the laptop:
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the description.
- Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for.
- Cannot be easily fixed or is not fixed within a reasonable time.
Eligibility for Refund or Exchange
To be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- The laptop must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- The laptop must be in original condition with all accessories included unless it is being returned due to a fault.
Shipping Returns
- If your return is approved, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during transit.
