When using software like Microsoft Outlook they should be able to autoconfig on their own but if required you can use the settings below.

If you are wanting to use mail.yourdomain.com with SSL you will need to purchase your own SSL certificate and assign it to that subdomain.

Please be aware that most spam servers look poorly on emails sent using non-ssl/tls settings and you may find a high volume of sent emails ending up in users junk or spam folders.

Secure SSL/TLS Settings
(Recommended)
Username: username@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: cp.fastfingers.com.au
  • IMAP Port: 993
  • POP3 Port: 995
Outgoing Server: cp.fastfingers.com.au
  • SMTP Port: 465
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
 
Non-SSL Settings
Username: username@yourdomain.com
Password: Use the email account’s password.
Incoming Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • IMAP Port: 143
  • POP3 Port: 110
Outgoing Server: mail.yourdomain.com
  • SMTP Port: 25
Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP.
